General information, not an offer
The site presents Gavriel's venues, events that have been held there, design concepts, menus and stories. The content is intended to provide general information and inspiration. It is not a binding offer, a quotation or a commitment to hold an event in any particular format.
The terms of each event are set out only in a written, signed agreement with Gavriel.
Images, designs and menus
The photographs and videos on the site are shown for illustration and inspiration only. The design, flowers, furniture, lighting and other elements seen in them were tailored to the event or production photographed and are not necessarily included in another event.
The menus on the site may likewise vary with the season, the venue and the way each event is tailored. What your own event includes will be decided together with you and set out in the agreement.
A date check request is not a booking
Sending the date check form, a WhatsApp message or any other enquiry is a request for us to get back to you. It is not a booking, it does not reserve a date, and it does not confirm that the date is available.
The site does not show availability and contains no undertaking that any date or venue will be available. A date is reserved only once an agreement has been signed with Gavriel, and in accordance with its terms.
Rights in the content
The rights in the site's content, including the text, the design, the brand name and logo, the photographs and the videos, belong to Gavriel, to the photographers and creators who made them, or to others who have permitted us to use them.
The content may not be copied, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission from Gavriel and, in the case of photographs and videos, from their rights holders as well. You may share links to pages on the site.
Use of the site
You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation or its security, enter false details in the form or another person's details without their consent, or harvest content from it by automated means for commercial use.
Accuracy of information and liability
We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors and is subject to change. The site is provided "as is", and we do not undertake that it will operate without interruptions or faults.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gavriel will not be liable for damage arising from reliance on the site's content alone or from a fault in its operation. Nothing in these terms detracts from any right that cannot be waived or limited by law.
External links, privacy and accessibility
The site links to third-party services and websites, for example WhatsApp, Waze, Google Maps and articles on news sites. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or for their privacy policies.

Governing law, jurisdiction and changes
These terms and the use of the site are governed exclusively by Israeli law. The competent courts of [judicial district - to be set by Gavriel] have exclusive jurisdiction.
The terms are published in Hebrew, English and French. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the Hebrew version prevails.
