The Bustan

2,800 sq m in the open air around a pool, between greenery and sky

Gavriel's open-air venue: a pool with a bar in it, a lawn, fruit trees and a dance floor under the open sky. You start while it is still light, and finish at night.

In the open air

The Bustan is Gavriel's open-air venue: 2,800 sq m of greenery, fruit trees and a pool, with nothing overhead but sky.

It is made for those who want the whole event outdoors. There are seating areas and garden furniture, a bar in the middle of the pool and a dance floor under the open sky.

An evening in the Bustan

From daylight, through golden hour, into the night

In the Bustan, the light is part of the setting. You arrive while it is still day, under a blue sky and beside clear water. Towards sunset everything turns to gold; then the lights come on, and the garden becomes a dance floor. One place, three moods in a single evening.

Summer, greenery and a pool: concepts from the Bustan

Each concept has its own name and its own album. They are here as inspiration, not as a ready-made package.

The Stories

A story from the Bustan

Dor and Mor held their chuppah in the Bustan and sat down to dinner at the Shulhan. Here is how they tell it.

Hosting outdoors

A reception written for the Bustan

Hosting outdoors has a pace of its own: you wander, taste, and go back for what you liked. The Bustan has its own reception menu, which includes Chicken Thigh Yakitori, a HandRoll Station and a Jerusalem Station.

The kitchen is led by Chef David (Dudu) Elmakayes.

The Gavriel Experience

From the Bustan to the rest of the complex

The Bustan can be the whole event, from the chuppah to the end of the party. It can also be the opening: a reception and a chuppah under the open sky, then on to one of the other venues. At Gavriel you can choose one venue, two, or the whole complex, and we plan the route together.
