The Gavriel Experience

You don't choose a hall. You build an evening.

Twenty-two dunams and three venues that can be linked together. Each part of the evening gets the setting that suits it, and your guests move from one world to the next.

The idea

The usual way is to choose a hall and fit the event to it. At Gavriel you can start from the evening you want, then decide where each part of it will take place.

The three venues share one complex. An event can take place in one of them, combine two, or use all 22 dunams.

An example evening

One evening, four stages

This is how an evening can move between the venues. It is one possibility among many, not a fixed route.

  1. Low angle of ivory fringed sofas and stools on a lawn at sunset between olive trees, with string lights and a white bar

    01

    Welcome reception in the garden

Guests arrive at the Bustan: open greenery, fruit trees and a pool, with places to sit and the light of late afternoon.

  2. White draped gazebo chuppah with a bare tree trunk inside, on an island in a pond with mirror-like reflections

    02

    Chuppah on the water

From the garden, everyone moves on to the chuppah, standing on the water. A few quiet minutes before the evening changes pace.

  3. Elevated view over the dressed Hangar, with round tables, curving white platforms, ring chandeliers and a very high ceiling

    03

    Dinner in the great hall

The doors open onto the Hangar: 1,400 sq m beneath an 11-metre ceiling, in a design built for this one evening. This is where everyone sits down to dinner.

    Explore Hangar
  4. Large dark Hangar hall with neon-edged cubes of mirrored spheres, LED walls on both sides and a lit white dance floor

    04

Then, on to the dance floor

After dinner the lighting shifts and the hall becomes a dance floor. The same place, an entirely different mood.

    Explore Hangar

This is only an example. It can be done differently: the chuppah in the Bustan and dinner in the Shulhan, a whole evening in a single venue, or an event that spreads across the entire complex. The route is planned together with you.

Large weddings

A large wedding that still feels personal

Gavriel is particularly well suited to large events. Rather than keeping every guest in one space from start to finish, the evening can be divided between several settings: each move brings fresh energy, and each space is designed to the scale of what happens in it.

All three venues are equipped with sound and lighting systems, and the team is beside you every step of the way.

Cuisine

A chef's kitchen, even for hundreds of guests

Even at a large event, the food remains a chef's cooking. Gavriel's kitchen is led by Chef David (Dudu) Elmakayes; in the Shulhan the kitchens are open and guests watch the cooking up close; and the menu is built in advance around the season and the event.
