Weddings

A big wedding that feels personal

A chuppah on the water or among the trees, dinner in the tall hall or in the garden, and a party that goes on as long as you like. At Gavriel you choose one venue or combine several, and we build the evening together with you.

Weddings at Gavriel

Every wedding at Gavriel starts with you: the style you love, the number of guests and the way you want the evening to feel. From there you choose a venue, build a menu and design the space, with a team beside you every step of the way.

Weddings at Gavriel are held for 250 guests or more.

The flow of the evening

A wedding evening, chapter by chapter

This is how an evening can look. It is an example, not a fixed route: the order, the settings and the pace are decided together with you.

  1. Twilight view across a softly lit pool to an arched garden wall with uplit planters, wicker furniture and string lights

    01

    Welcome reception

Guests arrive in the last light of day, are welcomed with a first glass and find a place to sit. The evening begins gently, before anything formal happens.

  2. White-rose arched chuppah seen from the water's edge, with a floral walkway, candle cylinders and clear chairs at night

    02

    Chuppah

The moment everyone came for. The chuppah can stand on the water, in the garden or in a design built especially for you. For a few minutes, the evening stands still.

  3. A couple in a black suit and lace gown, seen from behind, walking beside a long table under glowing drum lamps at the Hangar

    03

    Dinner

The tables are set and the first dishes leave the kitchen. You chose the menu at the tasting evening, together with the chef, and what you tasted there is what arrives at the table.

  4. Night view of an empty dance floor under a canopy of globe lights, with a red and orange LED screen behind the DJ stage

    04

    Party

The lights dim, the dance floor opens and, from here on, the night is for dancing. The sound and lighting systems are already in place; the rest is up to you and your guests.

These chapters are one example. Some couples hold the whole evening in a single venue; others divide it between two or three.

Inspiration

Six design directions for a wedding

From a royal ball to an evening with a festival mood. Every concept was photographed at Gavriel, and none of them is a package: each is a starting point for a conversation about your own design.

Cuisine

A menu created together with you

The wedding dinner at Gavriel comes from a chef's kitchen. Chef David (Dudu) Elmakayes cooks Mediterranean food, the menu changes with the season, and you can sit down with him to tailor it to your wedding.
