Privacy policy

• We collect contact details only when you fill in the date check form or contact us directly.
• You do not have to give us any details. Without a name and phone number, we cannot get back to you.
• Measurement and advertising tags load only after you have accepted them in the cookie notice.
• We send updates and offers only if you ticked the box on the form, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

The date check form

• The type of event, when you would like to hold it (a specific date, a month, or still flexible) and a range for the number of guests.
• The venue, design concept, event or page from which you reached the form, or the venue you selected in it. You can change or remove this selection.
• Your name and phone number (required fields on the form).
• Your email address and a message in your own words (both optional).
• Whether or not you wish to receive updates and offers. The box is never ticked in advance.

With the form we also record the language of the page, the address of the page where it was completed and the time it was sent.

The form does not ask for an ID number, payment details or a budget. Please do not include sensitive information in your message unless your request calls for it.

Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email

When you contact us in one of these ways, we receive the details you give us, such as your phone number and the content of your message. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Technical information

• As with any website, the servers that deliver the pages receive technical browsing data: your IP address, the type of browser and device, the page requested and the time of the request. This data is used to run the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.
• Usage and measurement data, which may include the pages viewed, how you arrived at the site and clicks on the phone or WhatsApp links, is collected only if you have agreed to this in the cookie notice. See "Cookies and measurement tools" below.

Before you enter your details in the form, please note:

• You are under no legal obligation to provide your details. Whether you do so is up to you and depends on your consent. Without a name and phone number, we cannot get back to you about your request. The email address and the message are optional.
• Purpose: to get back to you about your event, look into your request and arrange a call or a meeting. Updates and offers are sent only if you asked for them by ticking the box.
• Who receives the information: Gavriel, and the service providers that process it on Gavriel's behalf in order to handle your enquiry, as described under "Who receives the information".
• Your rights: to see the information held about you and to ask for it to be corrected, as described under "Your rights".

• To get back to you and deal with your date check request or any other enquiry.
• To arrange a call, a meeting or a tour of the complex, and to prepare a proposal for your event if you ask for one.
• To send you updates and offers, only if you ticked the box on the form.
• To measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs, and to tailor that advertising, only if you have accepted measurement and advertising cookies.
• To run the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.
• To meet our legal obligations and respond to claims, should that be necessary.

We will not use the information for any other purpose without telling you and, where the law requires it, without your consent.

The details you send go to the Gavriel team that handles enquiries. The information is also processed by service providers acting on our behalf. As of this draft:

• Cloudflare - hosting, delivery and security of the site.
• Enquiry management system - [name of the system and of the providers that pass the form on to it - to be completed once the destination for enquiries has been approved. On the existing site: Leader and Zapier].
• Call tracking - [to be completed if it is decided to use dedicated phone numbers on the site, assigned according to how you reached it. On the existing site: Leader and Maskyoo].
• Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) - when the tags are enabled, and only after you have accepted cookies.
• Meta (Meta Pixel, for Facebook and Instagram) - when the tag is enabled, and only after you have accepted cookies.

Google and Meta also use the data collected through their tags in line with their own privacy policies: Google, Meta.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Israel. Any such transfer is made subject to the law governing the transfer of information out of Israel.

We do not sell personal information. Beyond what is described here, information is passed to another party only where the law requires it, for example under an order from a competent authority.

On your first visit, a cookie notice appears at the bottom of the screen with two options: "Accept" and "Essential only". Until you choose, no measurement or advertising tag is loaded.

What runs without your consent

Only what the site needs in order to work. Your choice in the cookie notice and any preferences you set in the accessibility menu are stored in your browser (local storage) and are not used to track you.

What runs only with your consent

If you choose "Accept", Google Tag Manager is loaded and, through it, the tags that are enabled on the site:

• Google Analytics 4 - measuring how the site is used.
• Google Ads - measuring advertising results and tailoring ads.
• Meta Pixel - measurement and ad tailoring on Facebook and Instagram.

These tags store cookies on your device and send browsing data to their providers. If you choose "Essential only", they are not loaded.

How to change your choice

• There is a "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page. It reopens the notice, and you can choose again at any time.
• If you withdraw consent you had given, the site deletes the measurement and advertising cookies that it is able to delete. You can clear the rest in your browser settings.
• Your choice is stored on the device and in the browser where you made it, for one year. After a year, the notice appears again.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We send updates and offers only if you ticked the box "I would like to receive updates and offers from Gavriel" on the form. The box is never ticked in advance, and you can send the form without ticking it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, either through the unsubscribe option included in every message or by writing to office@gavri-el.co.il. Marketing messages are sent in accordance with section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982.

• Enquiries and date check requests are kept for [retention period for enquiries - to be set by Gavriel] from our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If an agreement for an event is signed, the information needed to carry it out is kept in accordance with the agreement and the law.
• Your consent to marketing messages is kept on record until you withdraw it.
• Measurement and advertising data is kept by Google and Meta for the retention periods set in those tools.
• Your choice in the cookie notice is stored in your browser for one year.

Browsing on the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Enquiries sent through the form are passed only to the parties listed under "Who receives the information". Data security is governed by the Israeli Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

No system is entirely secure. If you are concerned that information about you may have been compromised, let us know and we will look into it.

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you are entitled to:

• See the information about you that is held in our database (section 13 of the Law).
• Ask us to correct or delete information that is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date (section 14 of the Law).
• Require that information about you be deleted from a database used for direct mailing (section 17F of the Law).

In addition, you can at any time:

• Ask us to delete the details of your enquiry. We will delete them unless the law requires or permits us to keep them.
• Withdraw your consent to measurement and advertising cookies or to marketing messages.

How to make a request

Write to office@gavri-el.co.il, giving the name and phone number you provided so that we can find your enquiry. We may ask for a further detail to confirm that the request comes from you. We will reply within the period set by law.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Gavriel operates in Israel, and information is handled under Israeli law, even when an enquiry comes from another country.

We will update this policy whenever the tools used on the site or the way information is used change. The current version and the date of the update will appear on this page, and any material change will be clearly flagged here.
